This guide will help you set up your account, complete your profile, and verify your details to enjoy a seamless experience on our platform.
1. Account Creation #
Follow these steps to create your Zabira account:
- Enter your email address (ensure you use an active email address)
- Enter password(Take note of the required characters and length of password)
- Confirm password
- Enter referral code (optional)
- Click on “sign up” or “create account”
- Enter the verification pin sent to your email address
- Enter a valid telephone number then select “whatsapp” or “SMS” to receive verification code to complete your sign up
2. Profile Setup #
After creating your account, set up your profile by:
- Sign in with your log in details
- Enable a 2-Factor Authentication as an extra layer of protection on your account (Optional)
- Create a transaction pin
- Enter your first, middle and last name(Please note that this can not be changed)
- Enter date of birth (optional)
- Click “confirm update”
3. Verification Process #
To unlock all the features on Zabira, particularly the “Fiat Deposit” complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:
- Click on Profile in the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Select KYC Verification from the top left menu.
- Click on “UPGRADE ACCOUNT” and click on “BVN/NIN-verify me”.
- Select your country and enter your BVN AND NIN details as prompted.
- Record and upload a short selfie video for verification.
- Wait for your details to be reviewed and verified.
