Common Verification Issues #
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) Issues #
Reason:
- No code or invalid codes.
- Account temporarily locked due to failed attempts.
Solution:
- Ensure the authenticator app is linked to your Zabira account by:
- Create a new profile on the Authenticator app.
- Copy the authentication key from your Zabira dashboard and paste it into the Authenticator app.
- The Authenticator app will generate a passcode.
- Copy the passcode and paste it on your Zabira dashboard, then click “VERIFY”.
- Enter the code promptly as it is time-sensitive.
- Wait and retry if your account is temporarily locked.
Change of Details #
Reasons: Update of email, phone number, or name.
Solution: Contact customer support for update request
KYC Verification #
Reason:
- Pending KYC verification.
- Failed KYC verification due to mismatched details.
Solution:
- Ensure all documents (ID, BVN, NIN and live capture) are uploaded.
- Verify BVN and NIN matches your submitted documents.
- Contact customer support for further assistance
