Crypto confirmation delays can occur due to:

- Low transaction fees. (Lack of priority fee)
- The need for multiple confirmations on the blockchain.
For BTC transactions, three confirmations are typically required before funds reflect in your Zabira wallet.
Note: At Zabira, we strive for a speedy process of your transactions. However, these factors are beyond our control, and transactions only reflect on our platform when it has been fully confirmed on BLOCKCHAIN for security reasons.
Solution: Trace the status of your transaction on the chain that supports your asset .e.g for BTC use blockchain.com or blockchair.com

Minimum Deposit Value #
Due to the high fee associated with crypto transactions, and to ensure we do not compromise on our quality, we established a minimum deposit value across all our accepted crypto assets. Please note that any value below the specified threshold will not be processed and the same will be lost.
Solution: The minimum deposit value specified for each asset is right under the wallet address page. In cases where this information is unclear, please contact our customer service for assistance and/or clarification.
Why Crypto Swaps Fail #
Crypto swaps may fail for the following reasons:
- Internet connectivity issues.
- Insufficient wallet balance.
- System downtime on the Zabira platform.
- The swap value falling below the minimum limit.
Solution:
- Ensure strong internet network
- Make sure you have enough funds in your wallet balance
- Take note of the minimum limit and ensure to swap above the limit

This issue arises when a crypto asset is confirmed on the chain network but not reflected in your Zabira wallet. It may result from a platform glitch or downtime.
