Your transaction PIN is a crucial security measure that helps protect your transactions on the Zabira platform. Follow the steps below to update or reset your PIN when necessary.
Steps to Change Your Transaction PIN #
- Log in to your Zabira account.
- Navigate to Settings on your dashboard.
- Click on Security.
- Select Change Transaction PIN.
- Enter your current PIN and click on Continue.
- Input your new PIN and reconfirm it then click on Change pin.
Forgot Your Transaction PIN? #
If you do not remember your transaction PIN, follow these steps to reset it:
- Click on Forgot PIN.
- Enter your account password for verification.
- A new PIN will be sent to your registered email.
- Enter PIN from Email.
- Input a preferred new PIN and reconfirm it.
- Click Save Changes to update your transaction PIN successfully.
For security reasons, always keep your transaction PIN confidential and avoid sharing it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, update your PIN immediately.
