Introduction #
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on funding your wallet, withdrawing funds to your bank account, and troubleshooting common withdrawal and deposit issues.
Fiat Deposit #
Attention: Ensure your KYC verification (BVN and NIN) is complete before a fiat/cash deposit can be successful.
Steps:
- From your dashboard, click on Deposit.
- Select Fiat.
- Enter your account details and the amount you wish to deposit.
Note: Only deposit from an account matching the name on your KYC and attached to your BVN and NIN. The minimum deposit amount is 1,000 naira.
- A virtual account will be provided for you to deposit into. Follow the on-screen instructions:
- Deposit the exact amount stated. A 100 naira fee applies to bank withdrawals
- Complete the deposit within the specified timeframe of less than 20 minutes
- Click I have paid after successfully depositing your funds.
- The funds will be deposited to your Zabira wallet.
Fiat Withdrawal #
Attention:
- Withdrawals can be made to your bank account , other bank account(s) or another Zabira user’s wallet.
- A 100 naira fee applies to bank withdrawals, while Zabira-to-Zabira withdrawals are free.
Steps for Bank Withdrawal: #
- Click on Withdraw from your dashboard.
- Select Fiat.
- Select your bank, input your account number, enter the amount to withdraw (minimum 1,000 naira), and click Continue.
- Enter your transaction PIN to authorize the withdrawal and select Proceed.
- The funds will be credited to your bank account
Steps for Zabira-to-Zabira Cash Transfer: #
- Click on Withdraw from your dashboard.
- Select Fiat.
- Click on To Zabira
- Choose either the recipient’s Phone Number, Email, or Zabira ID, and input the corresponding details followed by the amount to send (minimum 1,000 naira). Click Continue.
- Enter your transaction PIN and proceed.
- Your transaction will be completed in record time
